Vernier calipers verify neck thickness, nut width and pocket fit.

Changsha YBUL Instrument Co., Ltd. was founded in 2015 in Changsha, Hunan — China's "Star City" — as an integrated musical instrument manufacturer and exporter. Our status as a manufacturer and trading company is verified, and our premises have been assessed onsite by SGS Group.
We run a 2,500㎡ office and R&D center plus two production factories. Our 101–200 skilled staff handle everything from timber selection to final setup, and our team works with several international instrument brands alongside our own YBUL label.
We are not a cheap-product workshop. Our goal is consistent quality, honest communication and reasonable pricing — the basis of long-term, win-win partnerships.
Real photos from our workshop. Each guitar passes nine controlled stages, so tone, playability and finish stay consistent from the first sample to the thousandth unit.

Tonewood graded for grain, density and moisture before entering production.

Body and top blanks are book-matched and glued for stability.

Bodies, necks and cavities routed to repeatable tolerances.

Surfaces prepared by hand for a flawless finish base.

Solid, burst, metallic and custom colors applied on our paint line.

Controlled curing prevents finish sinking and cracking.

Necks, hardware, pickups and wiring fitted by trained technicians.

Gloss buffing and fret dressing for a showroom-ready look.

Action, intonation and electronics checked before packing.
Precision machinery handles the repeatable work; skilled hands handle the details. High-frequency vacuum drying stabilizes timber, while CNC routers and wide-belt sanders keep every body within specification.
