We are both. Our business type is verified as Manufacturer and Trading Company, and our premises have been assessed onsite by SGS Group. We operate two production factories with a total floorspace of 16,483 square meters plus an office and R&D center in Changsha, Hunan.

What is your monthly production capacity?

Our lines produce around 15,000 acoustic and electric guitars plus about 1,000 sets of speakers and electronic drums per month.

Do you offer OEM and ODM guitar customization?

Yes. We customize headstock shape and logo, neck profile, fretboard and inlays, body wood, finish color, pickups, hardware and electronics, as well as packaging. More than 200 designs are available in our showroom as a starting point.

Which delivery terms and payment methods do you accept?

We accept FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW, FCA, CPT, CIP, DDP, DDU and express delivery. Payment options include T/T, L/C, D/P, D/A, PayPal, credit card, Western Union, MoneyGram and escrow, in currencies such as USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD and JPY.

Which markets do you export to?

Our main export markets are North America, South America, Western Europe and Southeast Asia, alongside the Chinese domestic market.
